What to do if you need a chest x-ray
If you have had a chest x-ray within the last 3 months, bring the film or CD with you to your appointment.
If you are a CCSHCN patient, you can view a list of CCSHCN providers. If you are not a CCSHCN patient, you may visit a facility of your choice to receive a chest x-ray.
